A residential agent with 8 years of experience, active listings across Pune, no website, all client communication through WhatsApp and phone — and a mental note system that was starting to break.

The problem

Every lead came in through WhatsApp or phone. Inquiries from property portals landed in email and got buried. When a buyer messaged at 10 PM, the agent would see it the next morning — by which time the buyer had called two other agents.

Listing management was a manual nightmare. Updating a price meant individual messages to everyone who'd asked. There was no central place for anything.

  • Automated acknowledgment — submit at 10 PM, instant professional reply. Agent wakes up to a warm lead.
  • A listing manager — add, edit, or mark as sold directly. No calls. No delays.
  • A contact book — all leads stored with tags (hot, cold, buyer, tenant) and notes.
  • Follow-up reminders — manual nudges. Never forget a promised callback.

The result

Over 80 inquiries logged in the dashboard in the first six weeks — leads that would have been scattered across email, WhatsApp, and missed calls.

The agent updates listings themselves. When a property sold, it was marked and removed within minutes. The system works at midnight, on weekends, while the agent is at a site visit.
