A residential real estate agent with 8 years of experience across Pune. Active listings across multiple locations. No website. No digital presence. All client communication through WhatsApp, phone calls, and a mental note system that was starting to break.

The problem

Every lead came in through WhatsApp or phone. Inquiries from property portals landed in email and got buried. When a buyer messaged at 10 PM asking about a 3BHK, the agent would see it the next morning — by which time the buyer had already called two other agents.

Beyond lead loss, listing management was a manual nightmare. Updating a listing price meant sending individual messages to everyone who'd asked. There was no central place for anything.

  • A professional website with individual listing pages — photos, area details, BHK config, and an inquiry form on each.
  • A lead dashboard — every inquiry lands here. Name, phone, which property, when. Status: New / Contacted / Closed.
  • Automated acknowledgment — when someone submits at 10 PM, they get an instant response. The agent wakes up to a warm lead.
  • A listing manager — add, edit, or mark listings as sold directly from a panel. No calls. No delays.
  • A contact book — all leads stored with tags (hot, cold, buyer, tenant) and notes.
  • Follow-up reminders — manual nudges set by the agent. Never forget a site visit or promised callback.

The result

Within the first six weeks, over 80 inquiries were logged in the dashboard. Previously, these would have been scattered across email, WhatsApp, and missed calls. Now every lead has a record — when they came in, which property they asked about, and where they are in the conversation.

The agent updates listings themselves — no calls needed. When a property sold, it was marked and removed within minutes. The system works at midnight. It works on weekends. It works when the agent is at a site visit.

I didn't expect the inquiry dashboard to be the thing that changed my day. But now I open it every morning before I check WhatsApp.
