A problem we kept seeing across Indian cities — independent realtors losing deals, missing leads, and operating without the digital tools they deserved.
What we kept seeing
We started by talking to independent real estate agents across India — agents in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and smaller cities like Nashik and Indore. The conversations were different. The problems were identical.
The same five problems, everywhere
Every agent managed leads through WhatsApp and phone memory. Every agent had missed a deal because they saw an inquiry too late. Every agent knew they needed a website but didn't know where to start — or didn't trust it would actually bring clients.
What generic web agencies were selling them
We looked at what was available. Generic web agencies offered template websites — the same site they'd build for a bakery or a clothing store, with 'real estate' swapped in. No lead dashboard. No listing manager. No understanding of what a realtor actually does between 8 AM and 10 PM.
The decision that changed everything
We stopped building for everyone. We decided to build exclusively for independent real estate agents — and to build it right. That meant understanding the full picture: how agents take inquiries, how they track clients, how they follow up, and why deals fall through.
What we built instead
Not just a website. A system. One that captures leads even at 11 PM, lets agents manage their own listings without calling anyone, reminds them to follow up, and shows them exactly which properties are getting attention.
Where we are now
We work with independent agents across India — apartments, villas, plots, commercial, rental. Every site we deliver is built for how realtors actually work. And we're building a CRM next — shaped entirely by feature requests from the agents we work with.

We understand the Indian real estate market — BHKs, site visits, possession timelines, brokerage culture, MagicBricks listings. Our tools use the language and workflows that Indian realtors actually use.
Useful on day one
Every feature we ship has to pass one test: can a realtor use it on their first day, without training? If the answer is no, we rebuild it until the answer is yes.
